WELCOME TO THE TEAM
Your friends, family, and neighbors will sleep easier at night because of you. Anyone you encounter while running errands or dining out will be safer around you. This Unit, this team, this community needs strong citizens. Individuals who understand that being helpless puts a greater burden on public servants who’s job it is to keep everyone safe. But what if? What if you could address issues in your community, advocate for the safety of your loved ones, and organize your neighborhood so that it could be a comfortable home for everyone?
Make no mistake. These courses are about narrative self reflection and person growth through the precise application of a skill. Only then can a person operate with unbiased integrity and sound judgement when applying that skill in daily life. So again we at AR Med say,
“Welcome to the Unit. Training’s already begun!”
Fact #1 There is no place for ego when my brothers are with me; When we are in the company of other technically trained and well-selected individuals we must remember what our personal goals are and how we can fit them into our team objective. TO BE CLEAR, your goals should be to live with integrity, good decision making, impartiality, and moral uprightness.
Fact #2 Stress is survivable, it shouldn’t be a motivator; Many people gravitate towards firearms out of fear, or anger. This poisons the judgement. It doesn’t allow the individual to develop a healthy relationship with marksmanship as a craft. We teach stress survival in order to clear the mental space needed to reach your marksmanship potential.
