With 20 years of experience leading teams, training, managing projects, delivering intervention services, and coordinating logistics across multiple industries both internationally and within the U.S., I offer a disciplined and insightful perspective to consulting. My work is grounded in values-based execution, clear communication, and integrity. As a strategic leader with expertise in healthcare, readiness, personnel and resource management, lifecycle management, disaster response, government financial analysis, governance, emergency management, negotiation, and organizational process improvement, I am prepared to deliver strong results across key performance indicators in various industries.

My Motto: Time is Medicine, Speed Heals…

This can be summarized based on varying context. In the literally since it draws from my earlier experience with Detroit EMS, Life-Flight, the P.A.N.D.A Teams (pediatric and neonatal dedicated Ambulance) and as an Army Medic Deployed in the Middle East. Which speaks to the urgency to solve problems, save lives, and prevent loss. But what if we step away from the literal meanings?

As an Homage to The popular saying “Time is Money”, Time is medicine speaks to the importance of time itself and how having it means you have the ability to improve outcomes. Underpinned in the phrase is the consistency of time throughout the popular version and mine. Which leads us to believe the true value of life is not based in what you can purchase, rather what you do with your time…. The next phrase, “Speed heals” tells us as much about the impact of a moment as it does the brevity of one. How urgency, tenancy, and action produce momentum. How two people could have the same amount of time and spend it in very different ways. And that doing nothing will not cure poor conditions.

Communication and training are the reasons for success on any great team. Education is not a destination but a journey, each lesson a stepping stone toward growth. Then, once success becomes your habit, you do not simply instruct…you become the wellspring others want to draw from. A trusted architect of growth.
